This work has been put on pause. We explored, with our prostate biopsy simulator, a way to safely and methodically sample the prostate anterior zone with transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) guidance and and a transrectal approach of the biopsy needle, with the simulated patient in the left lateral decubitus position.
