Please fill out the form below to request the System of Modular Mixed & Augmented Reality Tracking Simulators (SMMARTS) Software Development Kit (SDK). Once your email is authenticated, you will be added to the SMMARTS SDK private GitHub repository. New members will have read access to allow for cloning and modification of the software. If you have developed a new feature for the SMMARTS SDK that would be useful to others, create a pull request with a description of the new feature and appropriate documentation included for review and integration. If you would like to license the SMMARTS SDK for use in a commercial product, please contact Hera Lichtenbeld, UF Office of Technology Licensing.

The terms of availability of the SMMARTS SDK include the ability of non-profit researchers to modify the source code and to share modifications with other colleagues through the SMMARTS GitHub repository.

Users can clone and work on their own clone of the SMMARTS SDK, but not edit the main SMMARTS SDK.

Users agree to submit their modifications to the SMMARTS SDK via the SMMARTS GitHub repository for review by CSSALT.

If approved, the modifications from users are added to the main SMMARTS SDK so that there are not multiple incompatible versions of the main SMMARTS SDK branch.

If/when users want their updates to be part of the SMMARTS SDK, they will submit updates for review by CSSALT via the SMMARTS GitHub pull requests. CSSALT will push the updates to the SMMARTS GitHub repository when CSSALT has verified and approved the updates. Approval is contingent upon testing and verification documentation provided by users.

CSSALT will distribute contributions from users by incorporating the software from users into the SMMARTS GitHub repository after testing, verification, and documentation has been provided by the users and/or by CSSALT.
